Tap, tap, tap, what are we to do when friends and relatives speak a litany of illnesses and tests?  Yes, exactly that, tap, tap, tap on those Chinese acupuncture points as you listen with your whole heart and soul and every ounce of your spirit.

No lengthy comments are needed.  Just do an active listening murmur every so often, “Ahh ha,” or “I hear you,” or even “What a pity.”

Compassion is great and highly recommended.  Beware, however, you do not need to take on that person’s complaint or illness or allow your empathy to run wild.  Use energy mathematics and tap while hearing the list of malaise.  Know that tapping keeps your own cortisol level lower and so you feel free to listen, without a reaction, without taking on that person’s emotional state.  And, great news, listening has not been called a source of contagion!

Also, why not do energy preventive measures?  If you know each day you call them with a sincere wish to send that person love and concern, then prepare yourself.  Keep yourself centered and grounded.

Centering may be as easy as raising your arms high over head and bringing them down and around your body to visualize your arms resting securely in the deep earth.  And visualize a white light, or whatever color you may feel safe in, around your entire body.   That protective bubble exists all day and all night.  Know and visualize that any negative words or thoughts or feelings from another will be blocked.  Those negativities will be bounced right back to the sender tout de suite.

Enjoy your listening skills that will become stronger and stronger with this practice.

Thank you, Gandhi!
“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Thank you, Mahatma Gandhi.

What are some things I be the change for better in this world?

People complaining about illness all the time.

People who feel once they become 40, or 50, or 60 or 70 or 80, life is over and not much remains to be enjoyed.

Babies who are not loved and touched kindly and affectionately.

Adults who are not loved and touched kindly and affectionately.

People who fear other nationalities or credes.

Here are some potential solutions:

I plan to keep discomfort and bitching and gossiping to a minimum. I’ll tap while complaining or bitching and fill myself energetically with relief, peace, and joy.

I plan to keep active and energetic by doing some exercise each day and volunteering for as long as possible.

I plan to keep teaching workshops on tapping so each adult knows of self love; foster love, kindness, and affection to rule in each energetic being.

I’ll encourage and spend time and money on movies and tv shows that focus on cooperation between nationalities

Tell me:

What change do you feel you can be that will improve what you see happening in this world of ours?

Tapping today with friends at Ukraine Window on America English Club.  We discussed anger and its forms.  We also discussed where anger appears in our bodies.  Also how do we know we are angry?  Especially since we are told by our parents and our teachers and our religious leaders as children that anger is not appropriate, how do we know we are angry?

And, consider, do we want to reach our death beds with all of these angers remaining blocked in our energetic and physical systems?  Especially since you know tapping can help lessen both the intesity and the prolonged duration of anger, why not try it?  Tapping works even if you do not believe in it.

And once we know we are angry, how may we open up any blockages in our body and mind and soul that are frozen in anger?

How do we find where we have “stuffed that anger?”

LISTEN:

Anger could be hidden behind your words such as “irritation” or “frustration” or “annoyance” or even “my pet peeve.”  When you say, “I feel annoyed…..,” pay attention and see what you are experiencing in your body and mind.  Write down any such annoyances or irritations in a small notebook and tap on them when you have time.

So today listen to yourself.

FEEL:

Anger may be hidden behind some pain or discomfort in your body.  Scan your body now.  Is there discomfort or pain?  Rate how high it is now on a scale of “0” bein no pain, to “10” being an excruciating pain that will not lessen.

Write the level of pain down in your notebook.  Then, tap fully on the discomfort or pain.  Tap to lessen that pain or discomfort to a “0” or a “1.”  Be aware that other stories might come up as you tap.  Write these stories down for a later tapping session.

As always, we may do tapping secretly, so no one near us knows what we are doing.  Tapping will still help us lessen that anger that is showing up.  And tapping is very efective at lessening that pain or discomfort we feel n our bodies.

SUGGESTION:  In the evening before sleep, take a few minutes to think of anything or any body who annoyed you today.  Tap to lessen that sense of annoyance or irritation.

In the morning, what is on your mind as you first wake up?  If any annoyance or irritation at something or some body appears, then tap for a minute or two so you can lessen that impact.

Tell me how you feel and if your sense of anger/irritation/annoyance/frustration/pet peeve have been lowered?

Wow, I know in working with tapping of your Chinese acupuncture points, there is much to be gained by looking at all modalities. What color is this? What shape? What does this problem remind you of?

And, to be gaining more knowledge about a person’s concern or problem, I often ask about what songs a person hears while tapping or while remembering their younger days.

Guess my surprise? This morning I woke and am doing the Donna Eden energy exercises (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gffKhttrRw4 if you haven’t learned them yet). when I listen to myself and hear the song I am singing with gusto during these energy exercises.

It is the song called, “Que Sera Sera,” and made famous by Doris Day. It is a sugary song; a song that indicates that life brings you whatever and that “whatever” is totally outside of your control. This song fails to be a good example of people taking any responsibility for their lives. Instead, this song admits that “What will be, will be,” and we as humans have no input into our lives.

What a funny and yet worthwile revelation to me of that inner dialogue shown in songs I sing. The song is totally at odds with all I profess and have come to beleive over the years. I know I DO change what happens in my life; I know how my heart’s messages get transmitted so easily and broadly.

So, listen to your songs that you hum as you tap or even that you sing or hum as you go about your day…

What do your songs reveal? Are they songs that show the real you? Are they songs that you might want to tap on for some relief from old beliefs?

All the BEST! Tell me if you are listening now to your own song or to a song that needs updating to the real YOU?

Ahh, tapping makes one so aware of how I feel and also how I are relating to other people.  So, an ahh-haa moment from a recent tapping episode about an irritation I had had:

Wait!  I am affecting how others talk and relate to me and even feel about me.  If I want to improve this, I am the main mover who can work on changing this.

So, instead of showing and sending angry or irritated or critical thoughts out, I concentrate on sending out thoughts and feelings like these:

WE are safe;

WE are accepted;

WE are free of fear;

WE are love;

We are unconditionally loved.

Already i feel that lightness in my body that says this works.   It amazes me even more when I am holding hands with someone and I do the same thing, POWERFUL!  I know I work on my own issues with tapping of Chinese acupuncture points, yet what a joy to know my vibrational messages can and do make a difference.

Please tell me if you have this feeling also?

Now, how to make this accomplish more and do more for all people in the world whether Protestant or Muslim or Jewish or Catholic or Buddhist or Agnostic or Atheist or ?
