Because of tapping on a daily basis and becoming so much more aware of my own body and its joys and discomforts and feelings, I had a brilliant idea.

Experts say to “Create your day in advance.”  I had been doing that for many years.  Before attending and graduating from law school, I made sure that I created the room and the time and the intent for success.  I had also written a list of goals that probably were like a bucket list.

And after mulling over and reading Gretchen Rubin’s The Happiness Project, I felt I was able to feel what is more ME. How am I to expereince and see life and relationships in a more fruitful and relaxed way, and also a way that is my unique way of seeing the world?  For example, I happen to LOVE taking notes.  Rubin mentions that as one of her fond things to do.  I also find it relaxing and even focusing and increasinng my creativity.  

What else?  I find my drawing and gardening so ME;  I return back from a workshop and that is all I feel like doing, sit and draw or paint or weed or plant……  Those two activities bring me back to being the unqie person I am meant to be…..and they give me back a happy spirit that emerges even after helping clients with their woes of life.

Yet it was an AHH, AHH moment when I realized:  No more To-Do list, but instead concentrate of my To-Feel List.  I plan to feel good and happy.  I intend now to have more time focused on the things that are unqiuely my spirit and loves.  So, call Regina, YES!  Grab the protractor and draw a new geometric design, YES!  Hug my partner, YES!  Call my children and rejoice in their voices, YES!

And after a week of concentrating more on my feelings, guess what?  I can tell my whole body is saying, “Good deal!  Way to go woman!  Enjoy your uniquess for all it offers!

Yes, we sit and watch one thing, yet here are others, in Syria, Nepal, Ukraine going through a different kind of life. Is it a matter for us to think or feel about? Do we all have to take responsibility in our hearts for creating the world as an abundant happy place for everyone?

I learned in Ukraine how many limiting ideas I kept holding onto in my life. A person had asked that I work on getting the whole town wired for Internet. I said internally, “But many places in the USA do not have this yet……” And so feeling this place in Ukraine should not have it until WE in US had it…..EEKS!

It shocked me to realize my thinking. So it is something I work on, there is abundance for ALL. We do not need to fear that giving another person something–be it love, money, trees, or ducks–will diminish us in the least.

As a matter of fact, we will grow more in the scale of ALL things worthwhile!

I now take responsibility for creating the world as happy and abundant place for me and for everyone. So, to that end I am now doing my tapping and meditations with a sense of “We……..” So as I go through the day and look for items to improve or to enjoy, I can now say, “May WE all be at peace. May WE all have abundance. May WE all realize health in or lives.”

Please try asking for things for yourself and for everyone in your world and in the whole world. Use the word “WE” when asking for help or praying for an intent.

Let me know how it goes: Does it change your relationships in any way? Does it have a spiritual side that amazes you? And as per the law of attraction, do you see your own life changing in wonderful ways?

At workshops a question arises:  “How do you start tapping?  What topic do I use if no larger memory or event or emotion comes up for me?”

Suggestions:  Why not begin with an end-of-the day scan of your body.  Then tap on any body sen sation sor pains or concern before going to sleep.

If nothing comes to mind from this body scan, then think about any event or words that seem to be stuck in your memory from that day’s happenings.  So, for example, your boss said something that made you annoyed.  Tap on that feeling and any associated body sensations that linger within you still.  Or, your partner or parent mentioned something in passing, and you still are thinking negatively of those words, then tap on what feelings remain from that.

Remember, be aware of and write down a note about any other stories or past events that may arise during tapping.  Tap on them later.
